Data Sources must be published before they can be used. An Out of the Box Reporting Package will typically come with a QA (Quality Assurance testing) workbook and a set of reports which can also be published. (A DataSelf publishing utility is available for bulk-publishing multiple workbooks. Please ask your ERP reseller or DataSelf technician for more information.)
