DataSelf Releases Next-Generation ‘ETL+™’ for Most-Trusted Reporting & Analytics

San Jose, CA — 9/2/2026 — DataSelf Corp., the mid-market leader in data warehousing and AI-based analytics, today announced the latest release of DataSelf ETL+, a next-generation reporting and analytics solution. This release features five key enhancements that increase usability and security, while providing more trustworthy analytics via ‘conceptual similarity’ and agentic AI.
The new version of ETL+ provides the following benefits:
- Faster & better analytics via “Conceptual Similarity”. Using MCP+ (Model Context Protocol) and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) improves analytics results while simultaneously reducing unnecessary AI token usage.
- Enhanced data security without exposing transactional data. Analytics can be executed directly against a customer’s data warehouse, while keeping both the query execution and sensitive business data outside the AI layer.
- More sophisticated data extraction via Python scripts. For critical data engineering via Python scripts, DataSelf enables AI-assisted data transformation, modeling, and reporting within fully-governed ETL+ workflows.
- Consolidated processing via Native SQL scripts. Designed for advanced data processing, SQL scripts may run directly within ETL+ as integrated job steps instead of executing as separate stored procedures.
- Conversational (Agentic) AI enablement. Users can instruct ETL+ to perform data warehouse actions using conversational dialogues. This reduces the need for technical knowledge and makes data engineering and modeling faster and easier.

Agentic AI can plan steps, select the appropriate tools, execute the corresponding tasks, and report on the results. Critically, DataSelf’s agentic AI provides the governance to ensure that these steps are subject to authentication, authorization, and all other environmental permissions.
