  • EDITIONS: Essentials, Pro, & Enterprise Editions come pre-packaged for popular ERP & CRM systems.
  • REPORT AND DASHBOARD TEMPLATE LIBRARY: Easy to search and find well-developed, ready-to-go reports, dashboards, and KPIs for fast ROI. Completely and easily customizable (change and delete existing templates and create new ones). Click here to see the complete list.
  • Tableau Embedded Explorer/Viewer (web-based users): Viewing, receiving scheduled email reports, and design reports & dashboards. The client assigns user roles (Explorer, Viewer, and Site Administrator).

  • Deployment: The Essentials Edition’s data warehouse and Tableau Embedded are cloud-based (ETL+ needs to be on-site for on-premise/private-cloud data sources). The listed pricing is for DataSelf’s AWS multi-tenant cloud environment. Please consult us for other deployment arrangements.
  • DataSelf ETL+: Extracts, transforms, and loads data into a data warehouse.
    • User license: Maintenance of ETL+ processes. ETL+ Runtime can be maintained by your DataSelf seller.
    • Data Source: A container from a Source Type. Ex.: an MS SQL Server DB, the data behind an OData URL, or a NetSuite ODBC DSN.
    • Refresh Frequency: Available options: 4/day, 1/hour, 1/min. Unlimited manual refreshes. Real-time refresh might be available.
    • DataSelf ETL+ Server: Hosted in DataSelf Multi-tenant Cloud Services (more info here). Call us for other options.
  • MS SQL Cloud user: A user with direct access to the data warehouse (e.g.: via Tableau, MS Excel / Power BI / SSMS / SSRS, Sisense, Crystal Reports).
  • Tableau Creator user: Publishing Tableau data sources, creating elaborate reports & dashboards, and using Tableau Prep.
